Heber City Concrete for the Way the Valley Plays
In the Heber Valley, weekends mean the boat at Jordanelle or Deer Creek, the UTV on mountain trails, and snowmobiles when winter rolls in. Legend Construction and Concrete gives all that gear a proper home, with sturdy pads, wash-down areas, and driveways built to handle trailers, plus patios for relaxing when you get back.
Get Your Toys Out of the Mud
Parking a boat, trailer, or side-by-side on grass or gravel works until spring thaw turns it to mud, tires sink, and trailers sit crooked. A dedicated concrete pad keeps everything level, clean, and easy to hook up, and it makes your property look more finished too.
Heber Valley winters are cold and long, and heavy loads on frozen and thawing ground are tough on concrete. We build pads and driveways thicker where the weight is, reinforce them properly, and use a compacted base with good drainage so they don't crack or settle. For wash-down areas, we slope the slab so water runs where you want it, not toward your garage.

Heber City Concrete FAQs
How big should my boat or trailer pad be?
It depends on the length and width of what you're parking, plus room to walk around it and back in comfortably. We'll measure your boat or trailer and your approach, then recommend a size that works day to day.
How thick does a pad need to be for a loaded trailer?
Pads for heavy trailers and boats should be thicker and more heavily reinforced than a standard patio. We'll recommend the right thickness based on the weight and how often it will be moved.
Can you build a wash-down pad that drains properly?
Yes. We slope the slab so wash water flows away from your home and garage toward a safe spot on your property. We'll talk through where the water should go during your estimate.
Can you pour concrete during Heber's cold months?
The best time is late spring through early fall. We can sometimes pour in colder weather using cold-weather methods, but Heber Valley winters are cold, so we'll recommend the safest timing for your project.
Do I need a permit from Heber City?
Work that connects to the street, like driveway approaches, and some other projects may need approval from Heber City or Wasatch County. We'll let you know what applies.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Legend Construction and Concrete is licensed and insured, and our workmanship is backed by a warranty. We'll go over the warranty details during your estimate.
